Natalie came highly recommended for my sale and she truly did not disappoint. A good agent can make a house sale so much less painful. Natalie organised the viewings and personally showed the viewers around the property. Throughout the process she was contactable by mobile phone or email. She responded immediately and was proactive in getting all the ducks in a row. Solicitors are sometimes not great at letting the client know what is going on with the transaction. Natalie was very communicative. All in all, very professional, very personal service.

I have been renting a property through Natalie Clarke for the past year and could not fault them on any aspect. From the initial contact of inquiring about the property through to renewing the lease for another year everything has been handled both professionally and efficiently. Any issues that I have had with the property are responded to incredibly quickly and in a very supportive manner (e.g. issues with the boiler late one evening and an engineer is sent out the very next morning). Selling your house is never a fun process, but with Natalie you are in very safe hands. We interviewed several estate agents and decided not to go with Natalie Clarke initially - this was a mistake. The agent we used over-valued our house and, after an initial few viewings, we had nothing for over a month. After reducing the price once on our agent's recommendation - producing no new viewings - we reduced it again, something buyers are almost certainly aware of. Natalie had noticed our struggles and contacted us, pointing out that she had sold the house up the road from us for its asking price within a week of taking over the listing. We switched later that day and never looked back. Natalie organised several viewings for the following week and within a month we'd accepted an offer. While this agency is not the largest in Belfast, what you know you'll get is a personal service, attentiveness and all the hard work necessary to sell your house for the best price possible. Natalie will be honest with you about the price you're likely to get and what you should accept. The personal service did not end with the acceptance of our offer. Because we needed to look for another home across the water, Natalie did everything possible to prevent the sale falling through, keeping the house on the market till proof of funds and a survey had gone through. She was always available on the phone to hurry matters along - chasing the buyer's solicitor when needed. This allowed us to complete our sale and purchase of a new property on the same day. Without having switched to this agency, we'd probably still be living in Belfast even though myself and my wife now work in England!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go far and beyond to make the customer comfortable and safe.
