The staff at Northern property were great to deal with when selling my house. They were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Jennifer my selling agent was also very friendly, professional and easy to get along with. Her knowledge and experience was very reassuring. I had used another established Estate Agent for many years, but wanted to try Northern Property as they were local to this area. As soon as I meet Jennifer, I was more than happy to use them. I couldn’t recommend Northern Property enough for the fantastic and professional service they provided in helping me and my partner move into our new rental property. We viewed the property in the early afternoon and by the end of the day Bronagh had contacted us to let us know the landlord wanted to offer us the property. Just had a seamless and stress free experience with Jennifer from Northern Property. I was buying a property from one of her clients and Even though Jennifer wasn't my mortgage advisor I was able to call or email her anytime for help. She always got straight back to me and helped put my mind at ease or guide me in the right direction of things I needed answered. Even after the deal was done, I emailed and asked when I could get the sign taken down and she had someone out the next day. The property I got was good for me as a first time renter with my friend. Rent is very reasonable. However, the agent only spoke to my friend and never returned any of my emails. When I called the office and the agent, Leanne, dealing with my property wasn't there I left a message and got absolutely no reply. Furthermore, the agent was not proactive in calling to give me details that had been requested/ I was waiting on. Furthermore, we had an informal agreement to move in on the 15th of July and was then told the landlord wanted his family to stay in the flat for the duration of July so my move in date was pushed back half a month. For me this wasn't a huge inconvenience but i would have liked to be in sooner. TL;DR Like my property/price but the agent really could have been more helpful.

There deals and offers are the best around especially in the West & North of Belfast and beyond. It does not take them long finding suitable tenants for my properties. From the very outset of the conveyancing process, Alison was extremely efficient and empathetic. Always professional but equally just as personable. She (and the Northern Property team as a whole) ensured that the entire process ran as smoothly as possible and, at every step of the way, provided us with regular updates which gave us the peace of mind that everything was on track. Alison went out of her way to make calls and send emails (even when she was out of office) and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was on-the-ball and organised and ultimately she secured us our dream home, for which we cannot thank her enough. Head and shoulders above other estate agents.
