Excellent communication and support from Jonathan and Team at Online Estate Agent NI. If you don't mind doing your own viewings, photos and description, paying for advertisement only is the way to go. £180 for selling your home is a great deal. Can't fault the service and helpfulness. Highly recommended 👍

Sold my apartment in Belfast very quickly and at a good price. Jonathan was very quick to respond to any enquiries from me and potential buyers. I needed to pay extra for the viewings service, which was also excellent. The photos that were taken were fantastic and definitely better than the photos I saw on the sites of most other Estate Agents. Thank you!

Could not recommend more!! We had sale agreed and were about to complete and buyer pulled out on day of completion. Straight away within an hour Jonathan had the house up for sale again and across all social media platforms. Within 9 days we had sale agreed again. For what we paid, the service is way beyond 5 stars. Unlike any estate agent we ever dealt with!! Recommended to a friend and he had their house sold within 2 weeks. Both Sarah and Jonathan have been brilliant and wish them all the best for the future.

Fantastic service, miles in front of traditional estate agents and half the price. I can't recommend them enough, especially Aimee who dealt with our sale. She was very proactive and great at communicating with us. As a result we agreed a sale within 3 weeks of going on the market.

Would definitely recommend to anyone and if you have any reservations about the fact they work on a different model please don't, they are the way forward and they make selling a house a way more personal and yet efficient process from start to finish as well as saving you £££s. It was lovely to be able to hand the keys over in person and know that your home was going to someone who would love it as much as you did. Although, like most house sales there were lots of issues (all of which were out of my and their control) even though the offers came rolling in right away, the team were more than happy to help address these, more or less immediately update the ad status etc. Be prepared to move fast as they are very efficient and effective at getting you good quality potential buyers! Johnathan had the ads up right away, I think it was within 24hrs I had viewers out offering the asking price. When I called to update Sarah on progress she was always a great support, she is as knowledgeable/experienced as she is friendly/professional and reminded me at one stage when I was feeling the pressure that pressure was for tyres! :-D I took the advertise only package which worked really well for me as I have a flexible schedule, was living there to accommodate last minute and evening viewings and didn't mind giving up chunks of my weekend to sell my house and as well as being a people person generally so enjoyed that more personal part of it. Others may feel more comfortable paying the extra for one of their other packages to handle the negotiation part, especially if its a rental house you are selling or you have a busy lifestyle, however and if you do pay that tiny bit more for this service I have no doubt they would do a brilliant job of getting you a good price for your house. All in all an excellent service, professional agents, I would not hesitate to use their service again, highly recommend!

If you're worried about using an online company don't be. The support we had from Online Estate Agents NI was amazing from start to finish. Johnathan was my biggest point of contact throughout the process and never more than an email away. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Having dealt with 'traditional' estate agents in the past who do very little to earn your 1%, I can highly recommended Jonathan & Sarah. Their very competitive one off fee does not reflect how hard they both work to get your house sold. To date I have been most impressed with how well they keep in contact - always being at the other end of a text, email or phone when required, even if its just for a catch-up. Its unlikely that id use any other estate agent again. Online estate agent Ni 10/10....or in this case 5/5...either way, they're 100%.

We chose to use "online estate agent Ni" after meeting Jonathan at a property which we were viewing. He was very down to earth but also very efficient. We hadn't moved house in over 20 years and he explained the process to us and was quick to respond to any other enquiries we had along the way. Sarah arranged all our viewings. She made a big effort to try and arrange as many as she could in block viewings so that they went't scattered all over the place making life a lot easier for us.The price for selling with them is the price you pay. No hidden extras and no looking for a percentage of the purchase price. Honestly can say I would highly recommend them to anyone.
