What an excellent experience renting my house out through Property Link - I would highly recommend to anyone in the Belfast area! Ross went above and beyond to make the process straight forward, took the time to understand my wants and needs, and invested in the process of finding a great tenant quickly. He was professional, supportive, and really couldn't have provided a better customer service. Compared to experiences of renting out before, working with Property Link has been a breeze. Jamie showed us round the property and was more than welcoming and very professional. He knew about the property and was able to answer all questions we had to ask. The turnaround time from submitting our application to receiving a response was fast and great. Would highly recommend and will be using Property Link for future rentals!

I have been client of Property Link for a long time. They are a bit expensive, in terms of fees, nevertheless I have found them to be very helpful and accommodating, especially Lisa and Sophie. Lisa is a SUPERB "no nonsense" project manager and Sophie is very friendly and communicates well in Lisa's absence. My property was sold/conveyancing completed all within 6 weeks, beginning to end, in a pandemic scenario, and for a decent price. My only (slight) criticism is that Barry needs to respond to personal communications. Doesn't look good when the customer is ignored. But I forgive him ....and so will still give this review 5 stars, notwithstanding. ;-) I hope to be back to PL (as a property purchaser) in the future, when normality returns.

Absolutely fantastic estate agents. There is always a friendly and helpful member of staff to answer the phone and we've been extremely pleased with the high quality of service they provide. We moved into our rental property last week and had made them aware of a few minor repairs, they quickly sent someone round to fix things the next day, and made solid plans to have all our minor issues sorted in the next week. Cannot recommend enough.

This review is not to impress someone or mislead to others. I am with Property Link say more than 17 years and there were times when I could not do without the much needed help from Barry C, Sophie Maxwell, Lisa Compton and Sarah. As a land lord sometimes you get frustrated when things do no go right But they are very caring, professional and very efficient People they listen, understand and resolve. They understand the landlords limits and tenants needs and they do their best to deal with the situation. They are only a phone call away when you need them. They come out with brilliant solutions in complex situations. I was so satisfied with the services I even introduced my son in law now they are also managing a property for him. I am retired now and may invest in property in future but not without Property Link. Property Link is a solid link between Landlords and Tenants . There are hundreds of Property Management people out there who wants your business but very few are genuine and caring. Landlords my advice is if you are thinking of managing your property think about Property Link. No regrets. Thanks Take care R Sharma
