Phil is an absolute gent who handled the sale of my first home very efficiently and couldn't have helped more when responding to my emails and requests for more viewings. Alia is like a breath of fresh air, she took me to review the house two days prior to sale completion and I had the best experience with her, not only was she bubbly and a pleasure to be around but she helped me bounce ideas for my new home and got me all hyped up and excited. Alia is amazing at keeping the spark of buying alive. I was chuffed to pieces to pick up my keys and alia to hand me the cutest teapot as a present, the little touches had a big impact. All in R&F are a fantastic company with two professional and fantastic staff that I can rate. 10/10 - definitely recommend to a friend.
