Everyone is extremely kind and courteous. Very understanding and accommodating and always work with the tenant to help sort out an issue. A huge thanks to Jamie, Josh and Jim for always being one step ahead of the game and making sure their tenants are well looked after. My partner and I rented an East Belfast property under YPG and the whole process couldn't have went smoother. Was looked after by Jamie from start to finish and was always there for anything we needed. We were only 7 months into our lease and my partner unexpectedly fell pregnant, and as much as we loved the place we simply wanted to own our own home and be closer to family once the baby arrived. February 2020 At a time when everyone seems to want to write negatively about everything and everyone, I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. From the very inception of trying to purchase a first time home for our son in Belfast, Jim provided valuable advice. Not being from Belfast, it was wonderful to have such an honest, knowledgeable person to arrange viewings for different properties across the city and to accompany us on these viewings. Once our choice had been made and purchase completed, Jim took on the role of project manager of a major renovation and executed it in the most professional manner. Distance was no longer a concern for us as we knew the entire renovation project was in safe hands. He sent us regular photographic and video updates and consulted us throughout. He dealt with all the necessary building control matters and certifications. With Jim’s numerous contacts and no nonsense approach, and a superb team around him, Property Geeks has given a completely new lease of life to a very old, dilapidated building which was in desperate need of a lot of tender loving care. The property has been transformed from top to bottom into a re-configured, well-insulated, energy efficient, modern home. My husband and I have lived in 5 properties over the years, all “projects”, and I can safely say this was the most stress-free of them all. I have recently had to sell my property due to an incredibly difficult family upheaval, to say I was in a very bad place was an understatement. I was being forced to sell up and ship out. I had approached many estate agents in the Belfast area and got the same Covid excuse, “Sorry sir but we don’t know what’s happening, not sure if we can sell your property during the Summer of Corona 19 was the answer” I was caught in an emotional ecosystem of fear, and making no headway.
