I used Apple Property to let my flat, they are honestly the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Everything was taken care of very quickly (took about 2 weeks from engaging Apple Property to finding tenants and signing). The tenants they found have been wonderful, they pay in a timely fashion and have been really accommodating with any issues. The customer service at Apple Property is absolutely excellent, I’ve never had to chase once for anything, all of the team are very polite and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking.

I was purchasing a property through Dave and it took over a year because of several underlying issues related to planning on the site followed by Covid.
