Had a really great experience from belvoir central Birmingham I’m a landlord had 2x properties which where empty for a while, not getting much joy from my previous letting agent so decided to go with Belvoir through a recommendation, spoke to Major and he was professional and kept me in the loop all the way through providing me advice on rental potential and let out both properties within 2 weeks, had no issues with the process.
