I used centrick when I had rented a flat in Digbeth for 2 years. Very responsive and very friendly staff. Price wise they're reasonable. For what you pay, they do maintain the building well and its surroundings. The new office just across the road from the old one is very fancy. Old building but done up to very modern standard. I really do like the led lights.

I bought some investment flats in Coventry last year and Centrick have been involved in every aspect since then - they re-let them quickly when one comes vacant, the management is seamless, the rent comes in well and if a tenant gets behind on the rent they are on to it straight away working out a payment plan. They also look after little maintenance jobs as well which is great as it takes away all the stress from me! Hopefully the tenants are happy as well as the flats are much better than they were when I bought them and they know where to call if they have any problems. All in all a great service, thanks guys! From the moment we first made contact with Megan and the team at Centrick, we have been enormously impressed. They have been open and honest about all of their terms of service and associated costs, which these days is very rare, and responded quickly and professionally to all of our queries, no matter how many times we needed to contact them. They provided superb advice, and have been very flexible to our needs. Marketing the property to having tenants in place took less than 14 days, which is remarkable seeing as other agents struggled to get us a single viewing within this time frame. Centrick managed to offer us at least one viewing per day, with several in waiting after the first firm reservation was put in place. We even ended up having a choice of prospective tenants. I used to have Accord manage it previously for over 5 years but shifted after they lost their personalized approach and it was never possible to get in touch with my property manager or get answers to my emails in a timely manner since I live abroad. Centrick on the other had have been fantastic, I have never visited their office and only spoken to them once on the phone in over 2 years, they have found good new tenants within a week of the previous and do email me with any maintenance issues right away and handle everything . I have had many dealings with Centrick Property Management and their dedicated team of employees over the last 4-5 years and on all occasions have found them to be professional and committed to customer service and quality with an eye for detail second to none. Most of the people never get back to you or say they'll sort something but you never hear from them again. Major security risks in our building remain undressed for months on end. The only exception to the company is Lara White; 5 stars for her! She responds immediately and sorts your problems straight away even though she is busy. Even sends comformation emails to say when things have been sorted and makes sure you're happy etc. Seems like she's running the place single handedly as everyone else I've encountered has been useless. Would've been 1-2 star review if not for her.

Very professional with their service: They do have humane touch to their services!! They understand the needs and priorities of the tenants, treat tenant's emergency as their emergency. When I moved into property, hot water was not there. It was arranged to be fixed within 24 hours. They stick with innovation: It was difficult to arrange viewings due to Covid19 crisis. However, Centric Properties sticked with innovation and published detailed videos on youtube. Videos were _WYSIWYG_ (What You See Is What You Get). No hiding or cheating. Business Continuity: Perhaps they were the only letting company which did not stop working during covid19, at the same not breaking any government guidelines. Handover of keys 🔑 was handled safely. Responsiveness: Overall all the support is provided to tenant in time. However Lara White is an employee worth mentioning, who always goes extra mile. 👍🏼👍🏼 Verdict: *Definitely recommended for others.* :☺️☺️ - One suggestion to company: You have too many teams managing different aspects of property independently. It would be good to have SPOC (Single Point of Contact) assigned for each customer. I've seen many companies also refer it as "Personal Relationship Manager" or something on the similar lines. That would help to build more trust in long term. :) .

Sales and Lettings are a cert 5* - Rhianna Shakespeare took the time over a period of a month to make sure we were settled into the flat with an extra set of keys and was at hand to answer any queries we had. Maintenance are 3* - Things do get replaced eventually, such as taps but not like-for-like, a hangrohe tap gets replaced with a Wilko one etc. I still think you won't get better in Birmingham though. Overall - recommend Centrick - they won't leave you abandoned as some agents have done in the past!

26/03/13 Estate management I live on a small estate of 12 propertys and it was felt by some of the residents that we should see if we could get a better price for our estate management services. After not much interest from various agents Centrick property came along , i met a man called James who told me he would be interested in quoting for the work . He returned some weeks later as we were still tied in to our previous managers. He called a meeting of all the residents and told us that we had been grossly over charged and offered a saving that amounted to app £595 per year per person . what more can i say , well just this :- Value for money 10/10 we have had on average one visit per month since takeover Friendly staff 10/10 Contactable 24/7 10/10 Response 10/10 even on a Sunday morning at 08.30 Professionalism 10/10 left our previous supplier at the post Our personel manager Rani 10/10 Our maintenance team sarah and leigh 10/10 By the way i found out that the man called James is the founder of Centrick Property and looks after over £300 million pounds worth of property ..
