I recently came up to Birmingham with my partner to view some apartments around the City and met with Charlotte from Greystone. Both myself and my partner were extremely happy with the quality of properties that we were shown and Charlotte answered all of our questions. She was very professional and organised which is refreshing as we have had bad experiences with other agents. We decided to take an apartment with them knowing full well that we will have great service. Thankyou Charlotte and the Greystone Team!!

We have rented out our property through Greystone since 2007 and have been so well looked after all these years by the friendly and enthusiastic team. We certainly wouldn’t be counted as a big client of theirs and yet we are treated with the same personal care and consideration you would expect if we had a big portfolio with them. Any issues such as repairs are sorted out quickly and effectively, all legal requirements are met automatically without us having to worry about it and the range of fees are clear and reasonable. Most importantly they find (and critically keep happy) good tenants meaning we have had tenants for a while and even when tenancies do come up for renewal we have very rarely had any voids as they are able to find someone else quickly. We would particularly like to single out Charlotte for all her help over the years. Nothing is too much trouble and she always gets back to us on any query.

Greystone lettings is one of the few honest letting agencies. I can honestly say I generally have a very negative opinion of letting agents, but my 2 years with Greystone have been very problem free. The staff (Particularly Sukdev and Charlotte) are friendly and honest people who genuinely cared about making living there as easy as possible. No hidden fees, VERY fast returning the deposit and no attempts to deduct unreasonable costs whatsoever. An initial problem moving in was sorted immediately with no hassle to me whatsoever. I've never had such a painless time moving into and out of a property. If I ever came back to Birmingham I'd use them again without question! Thanks for your lovely service!

I have been renting for over 5 years now through several different agencies and I cannot recommend Greystone Lettings enough! They have been honest, responsive and friendly at all times. There were no hidden fees, and they were incredibly fast at returning the deposit with no attempts to deduct unreasonable costs whatsoever. When we had maintenance issues in the flat, they answered the out of office number immediately, sent someone out straight away and it was resolved very quickly. They go above and beyond at all times - for example, they are collecting and forwarding us our post since vacating one of their properties until our redirection kicks in. Friendly transparent staff who keep in touch with repairs and maintenance of properties. All the paper work and fees are fair and legitimate. Communication between staff is brilliant and they consistently follow up things without you having to chase them. They helped me switch energy companies and took time to re explain anything I was unclear about, despite being so busy in the new year. The photos they post are up to date and the properties actually look better than the photos when you get in. They don't warp the pictures to make look rooms seem bigger etc. Honest, reliable and consistent service, the build a genuine rapport with their residents.

I can't recommend these guys enough! I spent a month or so looking for flats in Birmingham with no joy, until I came across Greystones. They found me an amazing flat in the Buttonbox in JQ, where I stayed for 18 months (6 months longer than I had originally intended!) They are so helpful, sometimes even taking my post for me if I wasn't in, and were great with any problems. I even recommended them to various friends and colleagues and the feedback was great every time. My friend and I have moved in with Greystone Lettings just over a month ago. So far, we cannot fault them. The office guys are great at warning us when people are popping in, but are also always there to help us out - they're very easy to get hold of. Vicky in the office even helped direct me to where I could find a TV cable in the area - a service certainly not expected but meant so much. We weren't happy with our sofas when we moved in, purely due to them being uncomfy (they were brand new), and from the point of asking it took Sukhi and the landlord 2 weeks maximum to get them replaced to brand new, much more comfy sofas, of course they had no responsibility to swap them as it was purely due to us being fussy. I have dealt with agents in the passed who have really mucked me around but so far I cannot say that at all about Greystone. From day 1 Sukhi has gone far and beyond to help us out and to ensure we are comfortable in the flat. An agent definitely worth going with - thanks Sukhi and Greystone for all you have done so far!!
