Chanelle, property manager, has been very helpful escalating this to the landlord and trying to arrange solutions. Although the property needs a professional examination, and would benefit from being professionally cleaned and venerated, Chanelle provided the best possible solution under the given circumstances.

We are giving Krystle & Haart the FULL 5 Stars as if you read on it will become increasing clear to all why. We had been with Purplebricks for over 12 months with very little few viewings in this period actually only 6 but worse than that the service was also terrible, will not go into more as this is to give a great deal of credit to Haart Estate agents. We decided to give Haart a go anyway got a home visit from Krystle & went through it all including our fear from our previous experience .... we were blown away with the knowledge, the get up & go she had so after the wife & I discussing it we decided they were the one & agreed for them to act for us selling our property, called her next day & arranged it. within 2 days she came back & even did all the photos & measurements herself. It went to market within that week & had a couple of viewings which we agreed they should handle too & within a week it sold almost immediately for bit more than we were expecting which was a definate bit of a 'Brucie Bonus' for us & proving it really wasn't about just getting the sale at any cost. Why we believe they are so good is at no point were we left wondering what was going on or where we were within the sale with Krystle & Cassie were always avilable at the end of the phone to answer any & all the questions we had as this was our 1st house sale so it was really a bit nervy at times but really glad we had these 2 people always available to chat through things & help put our minds at rest. In conclusion yes it did cost more than the previous people we chose but if you add in other factors like actually getting the sale, attitude, ability & knowledge then really they were a far better option in our opinion & would gladly recommend them very highly Karen & Terry Clarke

This is the first letting process I have been through in many years and man have things changed! Arranging the move for my elderly mother, who was moving from a a local authority to a private rental the process was far more complicated and stressful then I anticipated but Tara has been great throughout, quick to provide information and respond to queries - even out of hours. I was less impressed with HomeLet, the referencing agency Haart use, (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) who seemed to provide contradictory information as to what they required and overcomplicate the process. We wasted a week providing additional information so they could avoid paying a £25 fee for a reference from moms previous landlord (something I was willing to pay if needed) only to be told afterwards that they still needed the reference and the fee paid! seriously?! With the exception of one gentleman I spoke to when i called HomeLet directly out of sheer frustration, who was great, their service was frustrating at best. Despite all this drama Tara, remained friendly, upbeat and helpful, doing everything she could to help us through the process. I'd recommend her services.

EDIT: Issue is sorted, turns out this is no issue of Haart as they have been sending over the payments. Good customer service though with how quick they looked into this. I was delighted to be informed by my payment manager that I am in rent arrears of £1400, because for some reason Haart failed to transfer it across for the past 3 months. Oh and if you need any repairs done, you may as well do it yourself. It took about 3 weeks and 3 engineer visits to fix a leak in the bathroom, and it ended up just being fixed by duct tape, which inevitably ended up leaking again. Bad service and bad communication. For a estate agent with very high ratings I expect better.

My personal experience has been that I have found the team at Haart Harborne to be very professional and conscientious of the work that they are doing for you. Even at a very stressful time I felt that the team really do try and do all they can to assist you. We personally had major issues with one of the buyers solicitors in our chain (countrywide... what ever you do; do not use them for your legal work and think twice about getting involved in any chain that involves them, they are terrible and very very unprofessional) , yet the Haart team tried endlessly to contact the solicitor's, resolve the unnecessary delays and tried to move the contract exchange along as quickly as possible. A special mention must go out to the Branch Manager Benjamin Marsden and the two staff members who helped us who were Michael(sorry not sure of his surname) and Krystle Ainsworth.
