It is with delight that I share my experience with the rest of you that have been fortunate enough to visit the website of HS Home Search Estate Agents B8 and read their reviews before making a decision about one of the most serious financial commitments for anyone living in the UK. Having bought two properties previously through other estate agents in London, I was made to believe that purchasing a home can never be done without going through stress. I cannot explain how wrong I was in thinking so as my view has utterly changed since I purchased my third property via HS Home Search Estate Agents. HS Home Search Estate Agents has been very supportive, the process has been very smooth and thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Mahmood Khan and the staff. From the start, I enjoyed a high level of professionalism, my appointment to view the house was observed and on time, I was not rushed when I went to view the property and I was accorded individuality as opposed to group viewing. All my questions were answered and when I submitted my interest to purchase, Mahmood Khan responded swiftly to confirm the buyer’s acceptance of my offer and they straight away got the ball rolling. There was no time wasting i.e. going back and forward in regards to the purchase. I was offered guidance on available solicitors for my purchase but again given the autonomy to look elsewhere if I preferred to do so. I was kept informed about the progress of my purchase. On the few occasions when I had to contact them all my emails/ calls were promptly responded to. The staff were transparent and caring. Because the process was so smooth and stress free, I at one point could not believe I was purchasing a property, as had gone through a lot of stress when I was purchasing my other properties. From start to completion the process was just quick and given the quality of service I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. I am delighted that even after purchase of the property I can contact them to inquire about any recommendations for gas inspector/ electrician/decorators and this is so because the level of trust I have with them.
