My experience with Midland Residential has been great so far. They only rent out the best properties. Genuinely helpful when they helped me decide on a place that was right for me. Smooth move in process and they've been quick to respond to any queries or issues. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent :D

Very professional, we rented from this agency 7 years ago a flat, and probably if wasn't our kid need for more space, a garden etc, we will be still in that flat. We recently moved to a house. During the time spend in the flat, guys from agency they were very responsive and attentive, hands on I can say. When I had an issue from instance with boiler or something else they were there to help. I only can say good words about them. Big thumbs up for Sebastian (Sal) who made our life easier. Very professional guy. Loved time spend in that apartment, but it was time to move on. Well done guys and whole team. Wish you all the best. Thank you Sebastian for everything!

The process of buying a house through Midlands Residential has been exceptional from start to finish. We dealt with Ross, he was very helpful from the get go. He made arrangements so we were able to view the house as we were travelling from London. Every query throughout the process was responded to promptly, Ross and the team were always available via email and phone which helped massively. At one point, there was a chance the sale may not have gone through however Ross gave us his full support to ensure we made the right decision. In particular, we used the solicitor recommended by Ross and it’s the best decision we made hence completing our sale within 8 weeks. Ross was personable and professional, he supported the entire process, assisting to expedite where he was able to. I can’t thank him enough for allowing us to enjoy a stress free and quick process as first time buyers - a pleasure to deal with!

He handled everything with professionalism and moved the solicitors along so the process can be done with a timely manner even when there was barriers in the way. I was selling and buying a property at the same time and used Purplebricks to sell my property and bought through Midlands Residential. The difference in customer service was like night and day. Where communication from my Purplebricks estate agent was severely lacking, Ross from Midlands Residential was a godsend. He was very responsive to queries and kept me in the loop at all times. He ensured I was given a fair deal and supported me through what was a very stressful process. I cannot thank him enough.

Initial thoughts were very positive when dealing with lettings team, however very bad service ensued when dealing with Asian sounding chap at the Great Barr branch with regard to a water leak and boiler inspection. I had the misfortune of dealing with this person on a few occasions now who unfortunately has zero customer service skills, poorer communication skills and whom I found rude and condescending. Coming to the end of my rental agreement I don't think I would use Midland Residential again. I will however give them 3 out of 5 as others have been very helpful.

I didn't have a good experience with the city branch Midland residential and I'm glad Great Barr branch Midland residential started to handle my moving out of the property. Sal finished our contract in a good way, super professional, comprehensive and definitely made me change my negative opinion about this agency.
