We used Reeds Rains Yardley to sell my mother's house. Roland provided a sensible and helpful initial valuation, the team then managed the viewings for lots of interested buyers and attracted several bids over the asking price. Once we had acceptd an offer, Fay kept us informed on progress. Many thanks to Roland, Fay & Mark - everyone in the team is helpful and responsive. Good value and would recommend.

It has been a good few years since I last bought and sold a property and I had forgotten how stressful it can be and how important it is to have a good estate agent to guide you and help you a long the way. When I appointed Reeds Rains I, like many others I’m sure, was focused on getting the house sold and not thinking at all about the after sale part which clearly is the most important and the most stressful - getting to completion. The house sold quickly thanks to Roland who was spot on with price and description and made sure I only had serious and appropriate buyers through my door - fantastic approach and service. It meant a happy buyer and seller which is crucial. Then through the selling process, I just don’t think I could have got through it without Fay and Nicole. It’s unbelievable how involved they got and we’re able to deal with all the issues that you just don’t think about. I just can’t praise them enough. They are a great team and Mark has his finger on the pulse always knowing where your sale is at as if you’re the only customer they have. I felt important and that’s a good feeling when you are going through the stress of selling a house. It was a pleasure to pay their invoice and that’s not something I say often. They earned every penny and I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent Customer After Care - and throughout We rented since 2017. From day 1 Mark has been good with us. Any queries we had during our stay was sorted.We loved our flat and we didn't have any issues with paperwork or anything that made processes time consuming. As our flat was partially furnished, when there was an issue, it was replaced or fixed. Unfortunately our accommodation had a fire which meant we had to vacate the property. We lost everything unfortunately and had to look for alternative accommodation. The after care service we received was amazing - i have to say it did really feel like Mark was going above and beyond for us. This has been very much appreciated from me and my family. I would definitely recommend Reed Reigns in future. Plus even when looking for other places they never made us feel pressured/uncomfortable/forced to make a decision compared to other estate agents (Dixon's). Thank you Mark, Nicole, Kevin, Faye. Excellent estate agents. Was really let down by Dixon's in Sheldon so switched to Reeds Rains to help us sell our house. All the team were lovely - friendly, helpful and professional. We've just completed on our first ever home thanks to Reed Rains Yardley.. we are first time buyers and have pretty much no clue as to how this all works. The entire team have made this entire process as swift and stress-free as possible.. we came into branch after having a negative experience with another agent (ahem!) and Kevin immediately put us at ease. We felt comfortable asking questions and felt as though they did the best they could to enable us to buy; we didn't feel pressured into going with their broker (another agent did this!) and completed within two months of seeing the property-that too with Xmas holidays in between..Fay went above and beyond to communicate with the vendor on our behalf in regards to the finer details of the sale.. honestly I could go on but Kevin, Fay, Nicola and Nicky are assets to the profession! Called them ref my late father in laws property which we had to market... from first contact on phone to valuation... very efficient, came Out and valued the house when they said. Lovely guy and very Freindly. Unlike dixons who said they were coming at 2pm and 45mins later denied they had agreed the appointment after we had a tx confirmation..... Not very good Dixons please
