The whole team at Rice Chamberlains in Moseley have been brilliant throughout the sale of our house. Ashley and Sarah explained the process and costs before taking photos and a video to help market the property. The software they used to give a 3D tour of the house was amazing and its a shame other agents don’t do this as it gives a very good impression of the property. The viewings were conducted in a professional manner by Chad, Ashley and Sarah and the prompt, detailed feedback of potential purchasers was especially welcome. We were then able to make an informed decision as to which purchaser was the best to proceed with. The friendly team were always on hand to answer any queries. They all had up to date knowledge of where we were in the process so you never felt you had to wait for a specific person to respond to a query. As the link between buyer and seller’s solicitors Rice Chamberlains do an excellent job of keeping everyone informed of progress. Molly had a knack of getting the information when we struggled. In summary we would thoroughly recommend the Moseley branch of Rice Chamberlains for a professional, friendly and efficient service.

Rice Chamberlain were brilliant; i had dealings with a number of the staff and all were professional, prompt and welcoming. I have had less positive experiences in the past and it was so refreshing to have a team who looked after you throughout the process. The member of staff who steered the sale itself was outstanding, going over and above in order to get the house sold before Christmas, chasing the buyers’ solicitor who was less bothered about how long it all took and communicating with the buyer over the weekend to ensure we were all on the same page. We bought our home through Rice Chamberlain, Moseley. They were, by far, the best estate agency in the area. The buying process is and was stressful but RC made it significantly more pleasant for us. From the outset, they were honest and very professional. Communication was excellent, which is key. They clearly worked hard for their client (the seller) in attaining the best outcome, but at the same time I felt they were very reasonable and fair to us, the buyers; that’s a very difficult balance to achieve. Ashley, the manager, dealt with the sale and was brilliant throughout (trustworthy, responsive, kind, personable etc) - seriously, a top bloke. When the time comes to sell our house, we’ll definitely be going back to RC Moseley; don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I chose Rice Chamberlains because when Sarah came to view the property, she showed a genuine interest, and the video she produced for the sales website was excellent. I was given a manual, which provided a very useful, step by step, guide for vendors. I was informed every time a purchaser was due to visit, to confirm that it was convenient.
