I rented a property through Truemans from Feb 2021 - Oct 2022. They are fantastic at maintaining communication from enquiry, viewing to getting into the property. They were quick to respond to any queries throughout my tenancy and were accommodating and helpful with my leave as well. A really professional but human team that prioritise common sense and service over policies and procedures. Giving 5 stars as I don’t think there’s much for them to improve on. Thanks for all your help throughout. If I ever intend to rent in that area again, I’ll definitely be enquiring through Truemans.

I have lived in a property let out by Trueman Estates for 2 years now and I have never experienced living in a rented flat with quite so much comfort and ease. They are always available to speak to and always call you back promptly if they promise to do so. We have had a number of faults occur within our flat and they have always ensured these issues are rectified as soon as possible, most of them were resolved that same day! As I work as a property manager I take great satisfaction in this sort of service and I am grateful I chose to go with Trueman Estates those two years ago!

The staff at Trueman's have been really responsive and helpful with any issues we have had at our rented accommodation. Just before Christmas we had a problem with our oven and they managed to replace it within 2 days to ensure we had an oven for Christmas. I also don't feel like I am being gouged on rent for the accomodation and they were very helpful when conducting viewings before we decided to go with them.

Honestly don't have one bad word for Trueman Estates, for the time I've been in the property which was only 7 months their service has been impeccable. Any problems that I had were resolved either on the day or the next day if I notified them in the evening of the fault, and the caretaker/maintenance guys even fix things that you haven't pointed out. They always pick up the phone no matter what and are prompt and on time, couldn't ask for a better Estate Agents or Landlord. I'm only moving because of location, if I could stay with them I would.

Rented with Truman for 2 years and (having rented in Birmingham for 12 years) they're probably the best letting agent I've used. They're not the cheapest in terms of fees but you pay for a really good service - they dealt with issues really quickly (e.g. when our shower broke it was replaced promptly), always gave us proper notice for viewings when our flat was being re-advertised, and the check-out process was very straightforward (and we got the full deposit back). Wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again.

Trumans Estate is the best of all Estates Agents I rented from. All services were provided as agreed, and they were always available when contacted. The flat I rented from them was in a very order and when I needed anything fixed, they send Engineers within 24 hrs.

I rented with Truemans for 4 years in Harborne. They are without doubt the best letting agents we have ever used. The boiler in house broke and we had a replacement boiler within 2 days - British gas aren't that fast - unbelievable customer service and it always feels personal. We've now bought a house but if I was ever renting again, i'd use Truemans.

I have flats dotted about the place and Trueman estates are the letting agents I prefer to the others. Always amicable and when I have a void at either Oldbury or Wednesbury, the flats are filled with good tenants quickly. In around six years and four flats, we have only had one issue with a tenant - and that was following their divorce. the security checks are good and payment arrives when it should. I think they could perhaps make use of a better electrician who actually repairs things rather than reckons everything needs replacing (and as a "favour" keeps the old item!) but the letting agents themselves are excellent. Really great local letting service. If anything breaks then they have the knowledge and the team (a dedicated maintenance team using professional, likeable 'local heroes') to fix it within hours. Often when you lease a property you will be dealing with an amateur landlord whose service is average at best OR a 'vulture' letting agency who wring their customers out to dry by adding surcharge after surcharge on everything they do. This is NOT the case with Trueman Estates. Their boss is called John Trueman and he's a pillar of the local community and an all-round likeable good bloke who does coastal swimming for charity. His team include Alistair and Danni who are the personification of charm and professionalism. This company are local heroes and I recommend them without reservation.

Nice Agency, Had no problems whats so ever. Lovely Guy called john who dealt with us in 2011, They are an agency who leave you to it. unfortunately I had a rude landlord whos part of cheltenham and design development who started swearing etc saying i owed him money for paint so moved out within my contract as I didnt want a landlord like this who doesnt look after his tentants but everyone in his complex has problems with him.. unfortunately I never got my deposit back. but ignore previous negatives on this agent
