A. T.What a pleasure it was dealing with this company no ask was too big and they were extremely good at coming back to us in a timely manner. Savas handled our sale personally and straight from the get go he was very easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all or false promises or cheesy sales talk which made us feel at ease. Savas did what he said he would and thats price the property at what its worth in the current market and get that price with no games being played and this was important for us to have in a service. Savas secured 8 viewings in the first day of it being listed with me being updated on each one being arranged it was actually really exciting to see all the interest being generated. Our property was sold within 48 hours for a price we were extremely happy with. Viewings were also considered around convenience for ourselves as we both work from home.
The transaction should have been very quick and straight forward but was sadly let down by some of the worst incompetence in conveyancing ive honestly ever seen from a Solicitors within the chain but everyday Savas tried tirelessly to get things moving and eventually it did.
Savas professionalism and dedication to his customers is simply 10/10 and its extremely clear great pride is shown in his work and the reputation of the business. I was sceptical after previous unscrupulous agents had failed to sell my property, despite making many promises. The service was impeccable. Great initial meeting and in the throws of Covid. The agents worked hard to remain distanced and also ensured rules with viewings, adhered too.
The contract was agreed quickly with fantastic terms. Within a day a professional photographer arrived took amazing images that definitely influenced the sale. The brochure was available within days and the viewings, well there were an abundance of prospective customers and offers from the word go. After letting the team negotiate on my behalf I was very happy with the agreed sale. The team again were flawless during the after sales to completion process. I have used them for full management and they have always stepped up to the mark when any problems have occurred, maintenance required or re letting. In the office, Ryan is efficient and responsive and Savas has always given me the best service with a lovely easy and polite manner.

C.Being based overseas most of the year I really wanted an agent I could trust to manage my flat. 4 years and 3 tenancy's later there has never been a vacant period, the rents always bean paid on time with a statement e-mailed to me monthly, an inspection report comes through every 3 months with photos, so I can see how its lived in and any issues have been sorted very quickly at competitive prices. I really couldn't ask for any more from them.
If I get the money together to buy more investment properties, I have 100% trust that Avenue would do a wonderful job, as they always have.

Back in 2016 we looked to get an initial valuation of our property in between Winton and Charminster, alongside other local agents, we invited Savas round from Avenue Estates and immediate got the right feeling. We didn't in fact sell that year and 12 months later looked to get a further valuation ready to put the house on the market.
Other local agents came in, gave us the big I am and that only they were the right option for us, yet Savas came back honest, genuine and was a complete pleasure to have invited back into our home.
We had no hesitation in going with Avenue Estates, the fees were by far the best, the service was amazing, there was no I'm the Director, I'll get you as a customer and then once the contract is signed I'm not interested, Savas was there for the entire journey from listing the property, through to the viewings and the ultimate sale, he remained committed throughout.
Unfortunately we have relocated right out of the Bournemouth areas so may not deal with the Avenue Estates team for the foreseeable future, however I have no trouble in recommending Savas and his team to anyone interested in Renting, Buying or Selling a property in the area.
