I recently purchased a property through Blackstone and they were always very attentive and played their part very well. I neve had to wait for anything with Blackstone and whenever I asked them for anything I was always given a response almost straight away so overall a very good service. Always refreshing to deal with small/local businesses too because you don't get the quality issues that you do with the larger businesses.

Highly recommend Blackstones! They sold us our first property 9 years ago, then they found us our new property when we had been looking for months and kept discounting the property we are now in. Ian listened to what we needed and then was able to point us to the right property even when we couldn't find it ourselves. They had done such a great job that we decided to then switch to them to sell our property after the first estate agents not being good. They were very honest when they showed us a property and didn't pretend it was perfect and even said this isn't the one for you when normally estate agents try and convince you that every property is the property for you, they worked with you. We won't even think twice about going straight to them when we next move to help us sell. Ian was brilliant, always happy to answer any question and every phone call and also very happy to try and push it along when it's taking time. Very happy customers!

If you want to sell, these are the guys! We chose Blackstone’s out of 3 agents and are really glad we did. From the first visit by Ian to the last contact with Gary, they have been nothing but professional, and in a very friendly manor. They kept us fully informed, throughout very difficult times due to ‘lockdown’, which resulted in the recent sale of our property. Absolutely excellent customer service, I couldn’t recommend Blackstones enough. Ian has been fantast­ic – always phoning when he says he will, keeping us in the loop and sharing news with us good or bad as he found out. Ian and Gary are both very responsive to emails or calls and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. We had a very bumpy road with our house move but I can honestly say I do­n’t think it would have gone through wit­hout the continued support and persisten­ce from Ian.
