Our sale began 7 months ago, we are first time buyers without a chain, everything should have gone through quickly and smoothly, however, due to a terrible solicitor (seller’s), it took a lot longer. Tom was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience, he went above and beyond constantly and even did work that the seller’s solicitor should have been doing. We've just bought a flat being sold by Fox and Sons Bournemouth and we are now letting it through their team on a managed basis. This is our first rental so we needed a fair bit of help and the team sorted everything! They ensured anyone who needed access got it quickly (EPC, tradesmen, carpet cleaner); they sorted cleaners with 12hr notice; they found a tenant within 5 days and kept them while the purchase dragged on!; they got a good rental; they arranged the electric/gas safety certificates; organized the lease/deposit scheme and used an easy electronic signing tool. The people we dealt with (mainly Kelsey) were professional and friendly. My wife will tell you I can be a bit of stickler for detail so a 5 star rating from me means I'm genuinely very pleased.
