Renting your property out is always a stressful experience but using Lloyd Young Homes alleviated many of these stresses. Lloyd found me a good tenant quickly and managed to increase my rent price. He managed all of the legal aspects and gave me a concise list of what was required, then booked in the relevant tradesmen to complete what was needed. All I had to do was answer the door to them! We found Lloyd to be very positive and proactive about the marketing of our property. He gave us an excellent appraisal taking plenty of time to look the property over and advised a valuation very much in line with two of the other four agents we had invited round. It also proved to be pitched on par with what we sold the property for. Another nice touch is his approach to communicating with his vendors. By far the best estate agents around! He has good contacts with builders and removal companies etc. This helps all sides to decide more quickly if they want to proceed.
