Very professional agents. We purchased our property pre-auction which was simple to do. Great communication and updates throughout the 6 week process. Very friendly team and very happy to provide lots of information about the property, good liaison back and forth with the sellers. Slightly hefty buyers premium although we were offered a small reduction to complete sale pre-auction. Compared to other Auctioneers this was the only negative and affected what we felt we could offer for the property. Would consider using the company for sale of our current property.

We needed to sell his home as quickly as possible, and to put it up for auction seemed the best possible solution. The company were professional from the very first contact. They clearly explained terms and conditions, what we could expect, and how they would market the property. As I live some distance away, they valued the property, and we agreed on a reserve. There was interest so we hoped it would sell pre auction, and that is what happened, at an agreed price that we felt was fair, for a quick sale. They were efficient, kept me fully informed and gave advice when I asked. They always returned calls, and kept me informed of progress via email. I did not , in any way, get a hard sell, or over optimistic valuation, I felt they were fair from beginning to end. I had contact with two people, who were both helpful and professional. Whilst the house was empty, they undertook weekly visits to the property, making sure it was always secure. To be absolutely honest, I cannot fault their service, and the end result was a sale, at a fair market price.
