Sadly I had to move out from one of Turay's studio but I was given 3 months to do it. Btw., decision completely justified from the financial point of view (profit generated by tourists significantly higher than I would ever be able to pay). While living in the studio no issues at all. Deposit returned in full. I see many negative reviews here but for me it was a positive experience.

I am #turay tenant since last 2years . In March 2020,it was peak time of Covid. People did have job and everything was closed. when students were facing problem and running out financially .Turay homes supported nicely.They allowed us to pay whenever we get funds. I really appreciate for showing kindness in that situation. But last since July-August, they have gear up very nicely. Whenever we face any issue regarding mentainace, rent and if need any other support. They always help me if it in their hands. Mr. marcelo, look and care of each tenant personally and revert or assist quickly.He is kind manager. Mayra, I liked the way she deal and try to sort out problem. She is very hardworking girl .I have seen her continuously working and doing all kind of work.She is really amazing person as well. Roya, she is my favourite since I came here to England.She always tried to give best advice.
