They were very efficient in their communication and try hard but delivery of appropriate hospitality management was far too clinical/business focused, generic and lacked attention to detail which caused simple errors that were avoidable and can be easily remedied by ensuring the original premise of Airbnb... A more personal touch.
I would probably give them the benefit of the doubt and use again.
