I am so delighted and grateful with their services. Every time I ring always some one will pick up the call and very happy to help with my queries. I have to say that I had 5 different estimates from different estate agents but I have chosen the best estate agents (Ms. Jessica Robb and team )Who did so much home work on my property and area before coming down for initial valuation. Very well satisfied with service.. Very patient and given me much hope throughout and finally got the expected price I wanted. Worth for the service charge we pay. I had heard some bad reviews of Cubitt and West. However, when you are purchasing a property you obviously get no say in the estate agent. Speak as you find though, they were absolutely brilliant. Veronica, particularly, made an exceptional effort to keep us updated throughout the whole process of buying our first house and did all of the chasing for us. I didn’t really need to lift a finger. The purchase took a lot longer than I’d hoped due to delays with the vendor but Cubitt and west did all the could to help hurry things along. Very happy.

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. We were not disappointed - from the very beginning, our experience was excellent. The photographs and marketing of the flat were very high quality and we had multiple viewings leading to offers on our open day. I had confidence that Ebba would sell my house and, in the end, got £10k more for it than the middle quote I had received from other estate agents.
