Honestly the best experience I’ve had as a tenant with estate agents in Brighton from start to finish. The only letting agents I’ve dealt with that have a level of care towards their tenants. Although, I must have been lucky with my landlord too. Credit to Emily who dealt with my tenancy and has been so helpful and prompt with keeping me in the loop. Maintenance problem was literally sorted the same day. The only time communication was poor was during Covid-19 where someone else took over Emily’s role, but I think this is understandable. Unfortunately I left my tenancy early but I would definitely rent with Halls again!

An excellent agency - they have handled two House sales for us- each time they have been extremely professional keeping us up to date on viewings and responses and offering further invaluable advice. Our second sale was an inexpensive retirement flat -we received a first rate service and lots of extra support when the final ale dragged on a while. My wife and I are US citizens/residents and looked for a property to buy in Brighton for more than 6 months, initially by online viewing. A local friend helped with in-person viewings. Given the distance it was important to have really good photos, and, once we made an offer, an easily available and helpful estate agent to deal with. Halls delivered on all this. We made a visit to Brighton and confirmed everything. They were in touch with us regularly to manage the process, and helped negotiate a completion date with the sellers. We're very happy with the property and with our buying experience. Most people don't buy property this way but it says alot that we could, and much of that is due to the very professional service we received from Halls. Highly Recommended.
