They found me a tenant almost immediately after publishing my rental property; and when she pulled out at short notice, they re- advertised it and found me a really nice tenant one day later! The process took longer due to my buyer, they were understandably keen to move the process forward (as were we) but remained helpful and professional, and the key thing was clear communication from both sides.
