Alice was a delight, always upbeat, she often went over and above to facilitate a great relationship between myself and the buyer which kept everyone fully engaged. Although we hit a couple of bumps in the journey, as is common, she was reassuring and comforting, finding solutions to keep the show on the road. Highly recommended.

M. H.I honestly cannot thank Alice and the rest of the team at Patcham enough. We were living up North, and trying to buy a house in Brighton during the current boom, from a distance, was a bit of a nightmare. Once we got in touch with Alice, however, all that changed.
She kept in touch regularly, not only letting us know of new properties to the market, but also giving us a "heads up" as to ones likely to be coming to market soon. This gave as a great advantage and, after lots of effort & determination all round, we secured the property we wanted.
When a problem did arise during the conveyancing, despite being off sick, both Alice and Eloise both got on the phone and had things sorted quickly and with minimum fuss.
