I had been looking for a property for a long time in the Brighton area when I was shown a property in Peacehaven by Adam of Sawyer and Co. I had looked, that day, at several homes that were not only inaccurate to their web details but I was also rushed, discounted and felt like they did not care. Instantly Adam made me feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease. He was knowledgable of the property and genuine if he did not know answers to various questions. I can only comment on my own experience with Sawyer and Co. I found the staff very polite, friendly and attentive. They did introduce themselves and always responded to my enquiries efficiently and professionally. I have only dealt with Sawyer & Co for a relatively short time but I must say they have been very helpful and always taken the time and effort to resolve any issues that we have had. I am not one to leave reviews generally, but on this occasion, I genuinely felt that they deserved some positive feedback! I fully understand that not everyone has had a great experience but I truly have. I am a firm believer that sometimes people are having a bad day, and we never know what is going on in their lives. I am delighted by the service that I have received and would recommend them without hesitation. I'm sorry to hear that some people haven't enjoyed the same service as myself, but sometimes they are under extreme pressure. I will very happily continue to deal with Sawyers!
