I had a wonderful experience with SB Lets. Amy was a wonderful agent who communicated really well and went out of her way to help me get the studio flat i was looking for. I was struggling to find a UK guarantor to get the flat, and with each attempt failing it seemed less and less like i would be able to get this place however with the help of the wonderful Amy who went out of her way to make sure i get the flat and put in a good word for me lead me to getting the studio in the end! I'm renting a car park space from them. Everything got sorted over the phone. I had to go just once to their office. When my renewal was due I got a phone call to remind me about it. The renewal was done by email very easy and quick. If I have any questions they are answered within 5 min no matter what day it is and no matter the time. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Shadi is amazing if he can't take my call he will still answer my text's. Strongly recommend them. I've been renting with them for more than a year and so far there was no hidden charges or any bad surprises.

I am personally very delighted by the quality and the extremely kind service provided, first Connie has been amazing in her communication before arrival, she worked with me diligently and provided me promptly all the support (addresses, flat description videos, invoices) I needed, making my experience in Brighton a really pleasurable and smooth one. Key words: Peaceful stay; understanding relationship with both the agency and landlord; full deposit returned. The purpose of this review is to provide an additional insight for any prospective tenants looking to rent from this agency. We (myself and a friend of mine) had rented a two bedroom flat from SB at the beginning of September (2018) and checked out a week ago. I understand that it all comes down to personal experience and would urge any potential tenants to view this personally without being affected by any positive or negative reviews available. Within a week from the check out date we have already received our full deposit back even though the landlord could have made some possible deductions. We haven’t had any issues with the agents either, we have always received notices for any potential viewings and whenever we weren’t available they seemed understanding. Also, any maintenance issues were immediately dealt with. However, I would agree that some employees could improve their mannerism; but again we all have good and bad days and it all comes down to our personal experience. Overall, we were happy with both the agency and our landlord.
