Spencer and Leigh have been fantastic agents for me. Brighton estate and letting agents have a bit of a bad reputation in being rude, unhelpful money grabbers but these guys are the complete opposite - every member of staff I’ve spoken with at Spencer and Leigh have been wonderful, quick to resolve any issue, have sorted repairs whenever they have cropped up promptly and always treated me with dignity and respect as a tenant and never as an inconvenience. Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been helpful, polite, professional and decent. I have nothing but brilliant things to say and cannot be more happy with the service and care provided by them. I came to them under very stressful times and personally I am very grateful that I have a safe, clean place to call home and know that anytime I might need to discuss something with someone it will never be a problem. I'm giving 5 stars to Spencer & Leigh in Patcham as a buyer. I can't say what they're like for sellers but for us they were excellent. We live a long way from Brighton and they made time to show us around the property at short notice, with no fuss.
