Abode is an absolute gem. As first time renters the market in Bristol has been competitive and challenging but they were incredibly polite, patient with us and treated us well. They are always easy and available to contact and have made the process smooth and an enjoyable one. They’ve made us feel like we have someone reliable to turn to, not to mention their properties we’ve seen have always been in great condition and the staff have been extremely professional and approachable. Moving with Abode has been a fairly smooth experience. The viewing was pleasant,; I received a good look at the property & had most of my questions cleared. The paper work was done by a third party which took quite long but abode did all they could. The after moving maintenance has also been good. I had a few issues with the white goods & it was sorted in a timely manner. I recommend abode property management for your next move!

When viewing the property we ended up renting the young man that showed us around was welcoming and told us all we needed to know about the property, luckily in this interesting housing market in Bristol at the moment, we got the property we looked at with Abode. Once we had been given the go ahead, Harriet and Caitlin have been nothing but helpful, quick responses, easy paperwork to sign, and all round pleasant to correspond with. I would highly recommend searching for a property through this letting agent as we dealt with a lot of other agents and this was by far the best experience. Finding a property with Abode was super helpful. The entire process is very well organized and efficient. Victoria has been dealing with me for the latter years and talk about going above and beyond with customer service! She has been a phenomenal help with everything from the cooker breaking down to giving advice, and the punctuality in returning correspondence with an un-robotic professionalism is extraordinary. The only down side to now recently purchasing a house, is I now don't have Victoria and Abode as a life line if something goes wrong! Would recommend Abode to anyone looking to rent in Bristol
