Choosing an agent to sell Dad’s house after 64 years of occupancy was a big decision. This, coupled with 50 years (out of area) experience in Estate Agency made us a bit picky! Really pleased I used Andrews to sell my property. Very effective team, good communication, strong negotiation with buyers, excellent photography and a good sales c-ordinator to keep sale on track. Could have gone with a cheaper fee from another agent but actually I got the impression Andrews would achieve a better sales price and in the end Andrews certainly earnt their extra fee by negotiating a good sale price with a good buyer. I'm not a stooge (!), genuine review! I used this Andrews office for a number of different things during 2019, including a potential sale and a purchase. On the sale front I found an agent prepared to put the property on for more but it eventually sold for the amount Andrews recommended, so I wish I had gone with them. On viewing properties they were super honest on price, benefits, pitfalls etc and nothing was too much trouble. The same for the actual purchase, all done with friendliness and went very smoothly. They treat you with respect and no question is a daft question, do ask away and you'll get the best from Andrews.
