Balloon Letting Co have a new super enthusiastic approach to letting your house. They are a very pro-active team of young professionals and are keen to work with both tenants and landlords. I don’t usually leave reviews. This is rare exception. I have been surprisingly impressed with Balloon Lettings. I use the word ‘surprising’ because the service, professionalism, efficiency, care and attention I got from this company has been in glowing contrast that which I’ve experienced with previous lettings agents. It is always a difficult time during a changeover of tenants – the loss of income, costs of maintenance/redecorating etc alongside the worry of who the next tenants will be. Big thanks to Ben Giles who really took the stress out of the whole thing. He advised me on what needed doing to my property before the next tenancy, kept me informed about what was happening, (in terms of viewings, his advice on potential tenants etc). He was also very knowledgeable on legal aspects. In short, this was the most painless tenancy change-over I’ve ever had. It was also the fastest – just a week. I’m also more than happy with my new tenants. It was a job well-done. As I told Ben, I will come straight back to Balloon Lettings next time.

The listing process was smooth and efficient, with an excellent quality listing going live and prospective tenants being shown around the property within days. After a discussion I trusted the advice and expertise of Balloon Lets to help me choose the right tenant, at which point they took care of the relevant checks and referencing items whilst keeping me informed of progress throughout. The problem with most letting agents that I have used, (and I have use quite afew, ) is that they completely misunderstand who's their customer and what they actually want!
