I had a good experience with Berkeley Estates as a new tenant who has just finished moving into a property. Alex - who deals with lettings - was able to come early to my viewing so that I didn't have to wait outside in the pouring rain for longer than necessary, and Ryan - the General Manager - was able to meet me outside of opening hours to handover my key to me. Both staff were very pleasant and chilled. Other than these small but important (and highly appreciated!) things, the team were prompt in answering my questions and providing much needed information when I called them on the phone. On move-in, the property was clean and had no odour, including in the oven and extractor fan which can often be missed. There are a few bulbs to replace and furniture impressions in the carpet to address, but other than that the property was transferred in a high standard and I'm happy. I'm optimistic that my relationship with the business will continue in such good graces for the duration of my stay with them.

I’ve used Berkeley Estates almost from when they first set up business. For just over 7 years I have used them as a letting agent for a Flat I had in Bristol. I’ve always had long term tenants. They’ve paid up rent on time every time and when a new tenant has been set up, everything has been seamless. I then used them to sell the property and again with their attentiveness and professionalism we had the sale agreed at the price listed and everything went through with Ryan helping chase the process right up until completion. I would recommend Berkeley Estates for letting or selling!

All our issues were sorted out quickly, any time we needed any repairs, they were completed within a few days. Recently Alec even went above and beyond in helping us to deal with the management company of our building, who were extremely unhelpful, but Alec stood behind us and in the end, everything got sorted out.

I have been renting a property for a few months and so far, I have been very satisfied with the service provided by the Berkeley Estates team. I really liked the quality of the handling of my request by Alec. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the property before moving in, so Alec didn't hesitate to send me several videos, photos and answer all my questions. I'm not at all disappointed, everything is in accordance with what he sent me. Plus, I am very impressed with the follow-up even after the moving in. Alec is always willing to answer any questions and make sure everything is going smoothly at the property. I really recommend this agency!

However, Berkeley Estates and Management have been great all the way through securing our new apartment, to always being available for any questions we have had post move in. Berkeley Estates were extremely professional. They made the moving in process so easy, and we're extremely accommodating when it came to signing documents and giving the keys. The only thing I could say I would like to have been improved was a little more communication about my application with van mildert, that is mainly due to anxiety I get when waiting for an answer and not really anything to do with you, it was just a little annoying having to chase up the status of my application. That aside I would definitely recommend and will enjoy our partnership in the future! I'd like to say an extra thank you to Josh. Although he looks young, he definitely gives the younger generation a good name, polite, well mannered and well dressed.
