I cannot rate Bluesky enough, they have been absolutely brilliant with everything; the marketing and keeping me informed on feedback, working hard to get the sale and not letting it fall through with a difficult buyer. I am the vendor of the review relating to the 'no chain exchange that took 10 weeks' and I 100% disagree with everything the review says. The time period for the exchange was nothing to do with Bluesky, it was due to paperwork from the Government that was required, although not realised until after the offer. The manager and all staff have been really helpful and reassuring, giving guidance and advice, while quite frankly stopping me pulling out of the sale due to a difficult buyer who was uncooperative, demanding and making the whole sale a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I rate Bluesky high enough that they have been instructed on a family members property and will be my first port of call whenever I sale a property in the future. I have worked in the property industry for the last 4 years and the fee quoted matched that I could get using staff discount at a rival agent and the way the valuation was handled gave me no doubt that Bluesky were the right agent.
