Thank you so much to Bundy and Bond for selling our house (for the second time)! We were recommended the estate agents by a family friend and they weren’t wrong. We originally put our house on the market with Bundy & Bond last year, having spoken to a couple of other estate agents: they seemed like the most reasonable company and we just seemed to click with them. They sold our house within a month in quite a tough market - unfortunately, we had to pull out at the time, but were very grateful for their help. About 6 months later, we part exchanged with a building company for a new build house. We recommended Bundy & Bond, but they decided to choose two other estate agents, neither of which turned out to be very good. They actually fired one of them, and once again, we recommended B&B. It took a little longer this time, as it was over Christmas and New Year, but they did sell the house. What’s more is they sold the property for the same price they managed to previously. What makes Bundy & Bond really stand out is that not only are they very friendly, they’re conscientious and wanted to keep us in the loop at every step, even though they were selling on behalf of the building company. They always knew who we were if we called, which the other estate agents didn’t - it made such a difference knowing they were very familiar with the house, as it meant they were best placed to present it to potential buyers. If you’re looking for a super helpful, personable and quality estate agents, I highly recommend Bundy & Bond to sell your home.

Absolutely fabulous! If you need an independent professional, trustworthy, honest and very friendly team then use Bundy and Bond. We just sold our first ever house through Bundy and Bond and as we’re on the verge of exchange and completion, I felt compelled to write this review. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! Due to recommendation, we had three valuations done. Our mortgage adviser actually recommend them as a local company and I am so pleased she did. I found Tina to be really lovely when she came to my home, even though my dog bombarded her with kisses and cuddles. She was really informative and put me instantly at ease. Before even meeting the other two companies my mind was made up. They offered a realistic valuation in line with the others and we were happy with the price we put the property on the market for and even happier with the amount Tina managed to negotiate for us. I can’t stress enough how important trust and contact is with me and I’m surprised at how amazing Bundy and Bond have been with keeping me updated, as usually this is the complete opposite experience you can come to expect from an estate agent. I never felt uncomfortable calling them, if I received an update guaranteed 10 minutes later Tina was texting me to say she was aware of what was happening. They were so on the ball throughout the whole process and I really felt they were all on my side. I mostly dealt with Tina but I’ve also spoken with Mary, Kevin, Gemma and Jane (I hope I’ve got the names correct). Every person is so polite and friendly. They say they will do something and they do it. They say they will update you and you’ll get an update. It’s so refreshing. We’ve had trouble with the estate agent of the property we’re purchasing so Tina has been non stop contacting them on my behalf and has even gone into their office a few times. As well as all the calls and emails made and sent by the office to the solicitors. I work full time so this has been a huge help for me and my partner. I honestly can’t thank Tina, Mary and the gang enough for all their help, support and encouragement throughout this process. I think I would have had breakdown before now. We’ve recommended them to countless friends and family and once it’s time to move on from our new place, I will have no doubt about using them again. Tina and Mary are certainly transforming the opinion on estate agents and raising the bar on how an excellent estate agents should be run.
