At the Viewing, Alex never rushed us round, he gave us around half an hour to look around, was prepared with all the answers to questions before we even asked them. I have never experienced this with an agent before, it was a pleasant change. We had an awkward time selling our house, but people like Dianne and Lucy worked so hard to find out what was going on, and keep us updated (even though we should have found out these things from other people!). They were extremely professional yet very compassionate throughout the entire process. Living out of the area they kept me up to date when necessary and dealt with all of the viewings etc, right down to the meter readings on completion. I would not hesitate to recommend their services
