We have used CJ Hole as our letting agent for our rental property for over 10 years now. The communication from the team is excellent and they always give useful advice when we aren’t sure what to do. Whenever a tenant gives notice, they are straight onto remarketing the property for us and in the whole time I don’t think we’ve had more than a few days gap between tennants. We receive regular reports regarding the state of the property from their thorough inspections, with any areas of concern brought to our attention. We can rest easy knowing that all our legal obligations as landlords are complied with as CJ Hole are up to date with all this.
