Excellent, attentive and friendly service. Just sold a house through Country Property and found their services to be excellent. They kept the property secure, accompanied visitors, and kept us informed of each visit. The staff are very professional and have great knowledge of local facilities and services. Our sale was complicated by probate, and the staff were always attentive – prompt in update and responses. And the team is very friendly. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. It made the sale very easy and stress free. Definitely recommend!

We purchased our home through Country Property in Chipping Sodbury a month ago, and we can't fault the service we received. The communications from Paul & Liz were frequent and always kept us informed. We always knew what stage we were at and what we could do to nudge things along. If we emailed, we would always get a prompt response, but talking to the team was always a quick option to. We appreciated the advice & professionalism they gave us especially when our first sale (Not Country Property) fell through - I strongly believe it was their constant communucation with the whole chain that allowed us time to find a new buyer with our estate agent and hold the chain together. 100% recommend this team!
