We chose Holbrook Moran to market the property that had belonged to our late mother because, at our initial meeting with them (one of four Estate Agents.we approached), we were so impressed with the unique, very personal service they appeared to offer. We met with Richard, the Fishponds Branch Manager, who was extremely experienced & professional, yet friendly, courteous & sincere.We unanimously felt reassured that he would offer the best possible service for us. This indeed proved to be the case. A very professional brochure presenting the property in an encouraging but truthful light led to much interest & a sale at the asking price within days of the property being put on the market. Holbrook Moran continued to keep in touch & give advice & reassurance as the sale progressed. Despite a few setbacks, not the fault of Holbrook Moran, we were able to complete the sale within six months.We are very grateful, particularly to Richard, and would recommend Holbrook Moran to other potential customers without hesitation.

I would just like to thank Richard and the Holbrook Moran team for all their hard work for the successful sale of my late mothers house. This was an emotional time for myself and my younger brother of whom was initially living in the home and studying full-time. I had 3 estate agents provide a valuation for the property and had my brother report back to me how he found each agent when they came to view our home. Out of the 3 agents Richard was the one who showed more knowledge, professionalism and genuine kindness and interest not just in the property to be sold but also an understanding and empathy of our personal situation. We also wanted an agent who was fair and trustworthy (not someone who just wanted our money!) and I'm glad to say we found that here. Their rates are extremely good value for money - you truly get what you pay for and MORE! Richard was efficient in lining up a good number of views and we had 4 offers on the table by the end of the week. I have just read through some of the glowing testimonials for Richard Crawshaw and Chloe at the Fishponds branch, and I agree with all of them! Richard came to see my home about a year before I finally put it on the market. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was, and by his genuine interest in the character of my home, and not just its value. I decided that he would be the right person to choose once I was ready to sell, as Holbrook Moran are a small estate agent and he assured me he would deal with the transaction personally. Unlike some estate agents, he didn’t pester me after that initial visit, but only called once some months afterwards to see if I was still interested. Once I had agreed to sell through Holbrook Moran, he was efficient, helpful and hard-working. Together with Chloe, he arranged all the viewings separately over 3 days, rather than organising an open house, which I didn’t want. He then called me in to discuss the offers I’d had, and to advise me which one to accept. It was clear during our discussion that he had my interests at heart, and that he was very experienced and understood not just the market, but the buyers. I felt he was completely trustworthy and genuine. Throughout the transaction he answered all my queries straight away and in considerable detail when necessary, and reassured me when there seemed to be problems. I rarely had to leave a message - either he or his able and friendly assistant Chloe answered the phone promptly. Indeed, it has seemed strange since contracts were exchanged not to hear from him! I am about to move, and I feel that he did everything he could to make one of the most difficult experiences as trouble-free as possible. Thank you Richard for a fantastic service!
