K. T.We recently used Hopewell to manage our house whilst we went abroad for 3 months. We were extremely pleased with their service. The house was well maintained and very clean and tidy upon our return. All communication was very efficient and they always checked with us first if there was a problem that needed to be addressed. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again, hopefully later this year!
S. H.We had a really great experience letting our flat with Hopewell. Especially as this is the first time for us in letting out our flat. Kim and Chloe were really easy to communicate with, we were kept informed at each stage of the process, from host management to billing. The flat was all clean when we returned. I can't praise Hopewell enough!

The location was perfect, with easy parking and shops and restaurants close by. Check in was easy and well communicated by the hosts. J. V.I had the best stay ever in Bristol. Very clean and tidy flat, perfect location only 20 min walk from the centre, and very quiet. Communication with the host was great!!!! Will come back for sure!!!!
E. B. (.Lovely modern apartment with open living and kitchen area. Easy and secure access to building with keypad.
Bedroom has a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers (both wooden and metal) and the bed was very comfortable.
Living area had a smart tv where would could use Netflix and other apps which was very convenient.
Would’ve been great if the bedroom had curtains as the film on the windows doesn’t block much light.
Bathroom was modern and shower easy to use except the shower head didn’t sit very securely in the holder.
Overall it was a lovely stay
s. d.Hi, Hopewell have been managing my property for nearly a year and I am so happy with how it is going. Chloe especially makes sure the flat looks great, adds bits when necessary and keeps me updated on any issues and ensures that the cleaners always do a great job too.
