Jess Ria and Gavin in particular, but also many other office staff, were always prepared to go the extra mile to get me a brilliant offer and to bring the sale home. Their communication and teamwork is great, so I was never left wondering what was happening when my immediate contact was on leave, I could always speak to someone who knew, and they will always get back to you. Staff are friendly but thoroughly professional, proactive and on the case. They know the business and they know the area inside out. I have both sold and let through House and Co and have found their services to be simply superb.
