I have used Howard Estate Agents in Bristol for both letting and eventual sale of my flat. Both the lettings and sales team have been absolutely fantastic!! Firstly, on the lettings side, Josh has always been very professional, timely with responses and excellent with communication. He has made renting my flat incredibly stress-free at all times. Rachel in the sales team has been absolutely brilliant. She is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, very prompt with communication and just overall an incredible agent. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using Howard Estates for both lettings and sales.

We used the service of "Howard Independent Real Estate Agents" to find and rent housing for us. We were satisfied with the service and support of a specialist named Chris, who accompanied the entire process from finding housing to signing the contract. Separately, I liked the IT integration with a convenient personal account, which allowed us to conclude a contract remotely and not spend a lot of time on it for meetings.

Recently, I moved to Bristol for a new job. It was very challenging to find a decent rental house to live here. I spent almost a month but didn't succeed. All queries have always been answered promptly and efficiently and the periodic newsletters have contained information that I, as a novice landlord, found very useful. In particular and most recently, Rachel has kept me up to date on the progress of the flat sale, nudging all parties along as she was aware I was hoping for a speedy completion.
