The team at Hunters recently sold our house in Thornbury. We choose Hunters because Andy listened to us and undertook a detailed inspection of the house, measuring and making a detailed plan on his first visit. Hunters were competitive on pricing with other local agents. We went with Hunters because the house was unusual in design something that online agents find difficult to deal with. Andy gave good advice also on selling our garage separately to the house. The team at Hunters always responded quickly to our requests and concerns about the sale of the house.

Dealing with Hunters was a breath of fresh air compared to an experience that we had with another Thornbury agent a couple of years ago. We didn't realise at the time but now know that the previous agent had gained our trust by overvaluing our house and telling us what we had wanted to hear, neadless to say on that occassion the house didnt sell.
