I recently moved into a house under the management of Live and Let and am very happy with their service as letting agents. Emily, who deals with our house is super friendly and so helpful, she is always happy to answer the phone when I have any questions and she made my moving in process a very easy and nice experience. Live and Let continue to be very helpful with the house, always answer our calls/emails promptly and whenever the house needs gutters clearing or new boiler etc, they have sorted it straight away. very happy with their service!

Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly during recent difficulties. Had some issues 5 or 6 years ago, with delays in maintenance (shower and sink), but all items were eventually dealt with very well, including a new door, replacement for flood-damaged carpet and replacement blinds.

I’ve been renting with Liv N Let since 2017 and they have been very good. Communication is always quick and easy, especially with Jasmine and Dave. Maintenance repairs are done in a reasonable time frame and are carried out to a very high standard. Whenever I urgently needed something, they did their best to accommodate me- i.e. locking myself out of my building. Overall, I very much appreciate this agency and the Liv N Let Team.

Repairs and maintenance are carried out in good time and to a high standard, the rent and fees are inline with most other agencies. I cannot fault them, good agency!

An extremely warm hearted and responsive customer service team of personnel chiefly anchored by Charlotte and co-anchored by Nicky, engaged and ushered me into my first rental agreement in the UK. Charlotte ensured that all my concerns were properly interpreted, researched and responded to as timely as possible. Seemingly great teamwork in the office was recognised as any of the two ladies were able to communicate effectively about most steps in my preparation for securing the property and actually moving in. Good communication and prompt with their work. Most importantly they did what they said they were going to do. Could be improved by making sure their clients are fully aware of their options and routes into obtaining the property. For example, criteria for a guarantor, can the client pay for rent up front etc. Swift with their work and even arranged to meet me on a Sunday (their day off) to make things easier.
