They gave a good quote, were happy to give out more information than other agents (for free before I instructed them), once instructed were prompt in keeping me up to date, and did a good job in liaising between me, the tenant, and the solicitors. I will use them again.

H.Would highly recommend Maggs & Allen. I've never been involved in an auction before, and I thought to do so as a buyer/bidder would be quite intimidating. However the excellent team at Maggs & Allen were really responsive and thoughtful in answering all my questions and talking me through the process. Having seen videos of other online auctions from different auction houses I was concerned that the auction itself might be a bit chaotic, with the price jumping up wildly. However it was a really smooth, well run evening, and Anna Maggs was a very calm, collected auctioneer. Very glad I pursued this slightly 'different' way to attempt to purchase a house.

C. O.Tim did a survey for us on the house we bought last year, the report was detailed and excellently presented. After the survey I spoke with him and he answered all my queries in a professional and thorough manner and also gave me excellent advice on a few things tangentially related to our purchase. I ended up calling him back a few months later with another few questions that were only slightly related to his survey and once again he was very generous with his time and again gave us extra useful information on topics that could be considered somewhat outside of the remit. I would highly recommend.
