Thorough, explained in lay terms, and had great recommendations of steps to go through before exchanging on the property. Maggs and Allen just completed the sale of our house in BS7, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Even with pandemic restrictions, they organised a great run of viewings, negotiating a great sale within 8 days of listing and then helped us all they way through the rest of the process. Our Estate Agent, Hebe, even then attended our propery when the buyer wanted to have a specialist inspector look at the roof to make sure we were comfortable and well represented whilst the work was done; which we feel without a shadow of a doubt helped resolve the query and kept the sale alive and on to completion. If we ever have to move again we would use M&A in an absolute heartbeat and are already recommending them to our friends who are looking to move.

When looking for a house Maggs and Allen provided us with many options and contacted us as soon as a suitable house came to them, allowing us to see it and get in before it went to market. When making offers and negotiating, they didn’t make it stressful or turn it into a bidding war with other perspective buyers. The communication was fantastic and they were very upfront and honest with us about our offers and gave good advice. We didn’t feel pushed into anything or put under pressure, obviously they are impartial but it really felt like they were working for us and on our side! Rented a property from them and they were always very friendly and helpful. Any issues were sorted out very quickly and to a good standard. Would recommend to others. The only issue I have is with all estate agents as they over price small admin job which cost next to nothing to make massive profit and this is so wrong. Maybe mags and Allen could buck the tread. Over all I would recommend as they were very good compared to other companies out there.
