Nexa we’re recommended to me by a friend Simon was so efficient and easy to communicate with throughout the sale of my property. The tenants had left the house in a complete mess so Simon advised me how to make it presentable to market. Once it was ready the viewings were all in place and I was notified by email for each one. The offers came in and the decision of which buyer to go with was helped by Simon’s advise. The solicitors Nexa recommended were brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nexa to anyone selling. We first met Carly Hales when we were looking for a house at Dilly Meadows in West Harptree. It’s no exaggeration to say that Carly was the key factor in securing our forever home for us - we would not be living in it today without having benefitted from her expertise, patience, kindness and faith in us. We will always be in her debt. Our process was complicated because we were about to sell two properties in different parts of the country when we came across Carly, who assessed our needs and showed us Leacroft House. This, we knew was the home we had wished for. At the time the property market was fragile and despite initially being fortunate to secure sales on both our houses, one or both sales kept falling through over many months. At all times Carly encouraged and supported us, making suggestions as to our next steps in the process and pleading our case with her directors who agreed to extend the exchange date originally set. Eventually the sales went through and we moved in - again Carly made all the arrangements and eased a complicated process. She was always delightful, constantly reassuring and unbelievably kind. She literally nursed us through the heartache of losing house sales and feeling we’d never own Leacroft House and did all she could to make our dream come true. After a long term tenant moved out and left the property in a disgusting state, we met with Laura, discussed our plans and took on board her advice and set about work. Laura attended every appointment on time (you know how important that is when you're a busy landlord) and was poised to market the property as soon as we'd completed the works. Various potential tenants viewed and a full asking price offer received within a few days. Ella produced a full photographic inventory and between them have carried out the agreed property checks to ensure that the new tenants are respecting their new home. As landlords, this is what we hoped for. We will definitely be using Nexa again!

We sold our house recently with this company and they were super. They took our keys off us whilst we were on holiday and had four days worth of viewings. They sold our house within those four days with lots of offers and kept us updated with a detailed emailed list of viewings and feedback. Jake did the original sale who is really friendly and knows his stuff and then Alex in the office was amazing, kind, professional, and really responsive. Alex helped chase the solicitors towards the end to complete on time. I would definitely recommend, we did think about going with purple bricks but so pleased we didn’t as NEXA guided us through the sale and made it very stress free. Top marks!

I changed agent to James Hughes and within 2 weeks he has got an offer on the table that is higher than I could of imagined. The difference between an older brick and mortar style agent and one that understands the power of technology is night and day. The initial meeting he was honest and professional, fully detailing how he would like to market the property, how he would do things and what he expects. The professional photos taken looked amazing and were a million times better than the potato photo's that were taken previously. It was not one of those viewings where you walk around nodding and smiling to then exchange true comments amongst yourself. We felt that James actually would represent both parties (buyer and seller), advising them both to make sure everyone is happy, which usually is not the impression one gets from an agent. He was also eager to share general tips with us, contacts to lawyers and advisers, even after clearly seeing that we weren't 100% sold on the house and so most likely would not be putting an offer down on this one. We will be definitely continuing to look at places with Nexa and in the future consider selling our property with them!

Rob Pain - NEXA Bristol is wonderful! We are so glad we came across Rob when selling in Nailsea in September 2019 (our sale completed in Dec 2019.) I have bought & sold several times in the last 21 years but have never been particularly impressed by Estate Agents in the UK (coming from the US, where they really work for their customers!) however Rob was WONDERFUL: professional and committed to his work. He took great care in pricing our property to sell, he took time in arranging the photo shoot (the photos looked wonderful and we love that he still uses them on his website!) and he always arranges viewings himself and gets feedback. He listed our house in a bit of a 'rocky' and unsure market, with Brexit - most stuff similar to our house was sticking on the market and reducing in price, but Rob sold our home in just 48 hours - I believe to the second viewer! We were moving internationally and Rob really helped us by communicating with us, the buyers and the involved solicitors. The whole sale went perfectly - we really can't thank him enough! We recommend Rob to everyone we know. When comparing him to the other agents locally in North Somerset & in Bristol, I honestly can't believe anyone would use them over him. Having met with 4 other agents before Rob, we were really unimpressed with the competition. Do your research before making a decision! Rob REALLY knows the market and he priced our house perfectly (when 2 other agents priced our property much lower) and as a result we got full asking price in 48 hours! Rob also really takes an interest in how the property looks and will recommend any little things you can do to make your property look good for showing. He really does put that bit extra in. I have noticed, following his page, that all the properties he markets look really fantastic in their photographs and I believe that is down to that extra 'magic touch' that Rob puts in!
