C. R.I have rented out a flat through Pentrich Properties for more than 15 years. I highly recommend them as a letting agent. Jane is extremely thorough in her management so the flat has always been kept to a high standard for tenants. When tenants move out she has usually arranged for a new tenant to move in immediately. Their communication is great with queries dealt with effectively and promptly. Wonderful service, going above and beyond.

A very positive experience and a breath of fresh air compared to various other much bigger management companies who managed previous properties we rented.
B.We rented a flat with Pentrich Properties for around 2 years. Gary was knowledge about their properties, Jane was always responsive to emails and contractors were sent out quickly to fix any maintenance issues. After cleaning the flat and leaving we had no issues getting our full deposit back a few days later.
