I sold my house in Nailsea through Stephen Pring and it is a pleasure to have used his services. As a resident of Nailsea himself, he knows the market and was realistic when setting the selling price. I was kept up to date at all times with developments and he replied promptly to any queries that I raised. He looked after all the viewings and gave me feedback shortly after they had taken place. He has the right personality and business acumen for the job and he achieved the full asking price. He is someone I have now used on two occasions for selling my properties in Nailsea and I highly recommend him.

Stephen is obviously a very experienced estate agent, he gave us excellent and sound advice on selling our house. He is a very nice person whose empathy with our situation was genuine. He immediately understood we weren’t keen to sell our house in its current condition, that we were emotionally attached to the family home of 46 years where 2 generations had been born and that it would be easier to say goodbye if it looked as good as the day we moved in and lived there. Once the house was ready he was very quick to put it on the market, we had viewings immediately and sold within a few days for full asking price. All communications were excellent despite him being on holiday for a time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen, its a breath of fresh air these days to find someone who doesn’t appear to put their own self interest first.

Steve Pring helped us sell our Nailsea home in H1/2021. What I liked about Steve was that he gave us good advice on the right price to put our house on - not slightly lower to get a quick sale as an estate agent, but based on good realistic value in the current market. His advice on when to hold out, when to change price were valuable and his communications between buyer, seller, solicitors in the chain was first rate at keeping everybody appraised with up to date information. He had a list of potential clients lined up and after a busy 24 hours we had a firm offer from a cash buyer. Following 60 years of marriage, I was faced with the prospect of downsizing as well as moving to a new area. Despite the unwavering support of family and friends, this was scary - particularly in the thick of the first lockdown. Stephen was supportive and friendly from the outset, without being in any way pressurising. My own house sale fell through before final success and he found a bungalow on both occasions, either of which would have suited me. When I contacted him on the second occasion, he remembered me and my details instantly and I was able to view what is now my new home. In my vulnerable situation, I felt confident of putting my trust in Steve. He is an example of what all estate agents should be and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

It was a difficult time, my sister and I were selling our parents property / family home Having contacted 3 agents (all of whom gave us a cold feeling that this tricky process was about money and business), we were left with a tough decision, these agents were much of a muchness, whoever we chose would go through the motions and eventually get a sale, or so we thought! On the morning we were going to instruct an agent I noticed that Pring & Co had sold a house on a nearby street, fate? Maybe. Steve quickly responded to our enquiry and we arranged an appointment. Within minutes of meeting Steve I was at ease, i found him engaging, An engaging estate agent ? Too good to be true I thought , I went on to ask him a couple of questions expecting an answer that was aimed at pleasing me, i did not get one! I got an answer based on his experience, it was obvious he had years of local knowledge that suited both buyer and seller. From start to finish Steve was always truthful, he guided us along the way by sticking to the facts, no false promises, very genuine and his communication was second to none. The house sold within 7 days, but what impressed me more was the communication from Steve throughout the sale, regular updates and guidance (when needed) and the Solicitor process was problem free.
